You write, a person reads it
No form with thirty fields. An email, and an answer inside a week either way.
A conversation, then the work
One call, then a small paid piece of the actual job — a house to check, a thread to answer, a page to build.
An offer, with the number in it
Salary bands are published internally and we tell you yours before you ask.
What we offer

- Four weeks off, and we check that you take them.
- A week a year in one of the homes, on us.
- No on-call rota for anyone who is not paid to be on it.
A note on the road roles
Checking homes is about sixty nights a year away. It suits some lives and not others, and we would rather say so here than in the third interview.
