The agreement between your family and BuddyLearn, in language a person can read.

Who can hold an account
An account holder must be 18 or older. Kid profiles sit under a parent account and cannot be created, changed or billed independently.
Your subscription
Plans run monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Family settings and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Fair use
One family plan covers one household, up to six kid profiles. Sharing an account outside your household, scraping the lesson library, or reselling access is not permitted.
Our content
Lessons, characters, audio and artwork belong to BuddyLearn and are licensed to you for personal family use. Printable worksheets may be printed freely for the children on your plan.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance in the app.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material we will email the account holder at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that date accepts the new terms.
