BuddyLearn

Questions, answered plainly.

If yours isn't here, write to hello@buddylearn.example.com — a person replies, usually same day.

Two through thirteen. The four age bands each have their own characters, interface density and reward system — a four-year-old gets big tap targets and songs, a twelve-year-old gets branching experiments and written answers. Kids move between bands when they're ready, not on their birthday.

No, and there never will be. BuddyLearn is subscription-funded. We don't run third-party ad code, we don't sell or share behavioural data, and we don't use engagement-maximising patterns like streak guilt or timed-offer popups. We're COPPA-certified and GDPR-K compliant.

A daily lesson is about ten minutes. The app nudges kids toward a natural stopping point rather than an endless feed, and every lesson has a matching printable so half the week can be screen-free if you want it to be.

The Family plan covers up to six profiles at no extra cost. Each kid gets their own buddy, their own level and their own progress history — nothing is shared or averaged between siblings.

Nothing charges automatically without a reminder. We email you three days before the trial ends. If you do nothing, the account drops to the free Explorer tier and your kids keep their progress and badges.

On the Family and Classroom plans you can download up to two weeks of lessons per profile. Progress records locally and syncs the next time the device is online.

iPad and iPhone (iOS 15+), Android tablets and phones (Android 10+), Amazon Fire tablets, and any modern desktop browser. The same login works everywhere and progress follows the child, not the device.
