Fully remote across six time zones, with a four-hour overlap window and no expectation of anything outside it. Deep work is the default; meetings need a reason.

What we look for
People who have opinions about how children actually learn, and who would rather cut a feature than ship a confusing one. Teaching experience counts as much as engineering experience here.
