Verifiable parental consent
A kid profile can only be created from inside a parent account. We collect consent at that moment and record it against the account.
Data minimisation
We ask for the least we can: a first name and an age band. A kid profile has no email address, no password of its own, no free-text field that could carry personal information, and no way to message another user.
- No open chat, comments or user-to-user messaging
- No public profiles and no sharing outside the family
- No behavioural advertising of any kind
Your rights as a parent
You may review everything held about your kid, correct it, export it, or delete it — without losing your own account.
- Review kid data from the parent dashboard
- Export a full copy on request
- Delete a profile and its history at any time
- Withdraw consent, which deletes the profile
Retention
Kid data is kept while the profile exists and for 30 days after deletion, so an accidental deletion can be undone. After that it is gone from live systems and backups.
Third parties
No kid data reaches an advertising network, data broker or analytics vendor. Infrastructure providers process it only to host the service under written contract.
