1. 1 Open the email from BuddyLearn — it usually lands within a minute.
2. 2 Tap “Set a new password”. The link works once, and expires after 60 minutes.
3. 3 Choose a new password and you are straight back in.

Kid forgot their pictures?

No email needed — a grown-up can reset a kid's picture password from inside the account.

1. 1 Sign in with your own grown-up email and password.
2. 2 Open the parent dashboard and pick your kid's profile.
3. 3 Tap “Reset picture password” and choose three new pictures together.
